Overall it went well both in the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home! Stefanie was always available when I had questions and often went above and beyond to accommodate me. My only concern was that in the process of trying to find a house in the short time between the sale and the purchase, I rushed into waving the property inspection. The house is exactly what I wanted and I love it, but there were some minor issues that could have been avoided had I been advised to request an inspection.
